Pacquiao-Cotto Fight Live on AFN Sports
We're so glad that we can watch the fight live via AFN Sports tomorrow morning at 0500 GMT+3. We did sent a query to AFN management if there's a chance to broadcast the fight live and the wish has been granted . . . here's the full copy of the email. . .

We're able to watch as well the HBO sponsored 24/7 of Pacquiao-Cotto Fight so we have some sort of idea on how it's gonna be by tomorrow. . .but still unpredictable . . .

Underneath the Asian Moon
Underneath the Asian Moon is a title of a song dedicated to the late Steven Alston Davis . . . a friend, mentor, a good father to his kids . . . Some fantastic friends from around the world are participating in the creation of this song, some knew him, others don't.

Ubuntu Karmic Koala Netbook Remix and TV-Browser
Recently I've been into installing Karmic Koala Netbook Remix on HP Mini 1137NR and everything looks good from skype call to playing videos and music then I was tempted to install TV-Browser . . . an open source application for digital tv guide. TV-Browser gets the daily TV program from the internet and shows it clearly aranged - like a printed TV guide.
But right after the package is installed karmic hanged up. Decided to reboot the netbook and just right after the splash screen it hanged up again and won't be able to reach the login screen. I tried running recovery but no luck at all. I didn't bother to do further troubleshooting and check some logs. Decided to rebuild the netbook from scratch. Now am back on my feet and won't attempt to re install TV-Browser again. Just be careful when installing the TV-Browser package on Karmic Koala Netbook Remix.

Certificate of Stewardship
Somebody offered us to buy the rights of a sort of farm or forest with an area of 5 hectares. The current occupant said that the document in his possession is a Certificate of Stewardship.
This is what I found about Certificate of Stewardship from this source.
Certificate of Stewardship CSA (Certificate of Stewardship Agreement) - A document issued by the government to qualified individual occupants pursuant to Stewardship Agreement (SA). A Stewardship Agreement is a 50-year contract entered into by and between an individual forest occupant or forest community association, or cooperative and the government allowing the former the right to peaceful occupation, possession, and sustainable management over the designated area. This is awarded by the State to individuals possessing properties that are in State Reservations. This certificate is transferable and it can even be used as loan instrument or collateral.
Some questions in mind that came up on this kind of contract . . .
What would happen after the 50 year contract expired and the occupant cultivated and improved the land? Will the Government award the land to occupant permanently as the rightful owner? Or is it subject for another contract renewal?
