How would I know that Patch 3 is already installed?

Had some issues with URL Filtering database information with TMCM 3.x

Configured IWSS 2.5 for forward proxy to 10.10.0.2 port 8888. Neet to check the configuration using ISA 2004 as the proxy as well.
